Resetting Your Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, eGrants can send you instructions for resetting the password to the email address you provided when you created your account. After resetting your password you will be able to log back into eGrants.

 

To reset your password:
  1. Open the eGrants Login page.

  2. Click Forgot your password? Get help. The Forgot Password? page appears.

  3. Using the Password Question dropdown menu, select the question that you answered when you created your account.

  4. Type the answer to this question in the Password Answer field.

  5. Type your User Name.

  6. Click Submit. If you have provided answers that correspond to the user data eGrants has on file, the system will email you information to reset your password and log in again to eGrants.

If you cannot recall your Password Question, Password Answer, and User Name, you will need to contact the help desk for assistance.
