Adding Project Info

Each grant application or concept paper must be associated with a project before it can be submitted for verification. You'll be able to tell whether the grant application or concept paper you are creating is associated with a program when selecting the application's NOFA.

Note: Your web browser's popup blocker must be turned off in order for you to edit or view project information.

Note: Click Save and close after you have completed editing information in a popup window. This will save the information you have entered and close the popup. If you close the window without clicking Save and close, the information will not be saved.

Open the Applicant Info page of a grant application that does not yet have a project associated with it.

Click the create a new project link located in the Project Information section. The Enter/Edit a Project section opens in a popup window.
Type project information in the appropriate fields. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk, and must contain user-entered information before the project record can be saved.
Click save & close. The program information is updated. The popup window closes.
Click Save at the bottom of the Applicant Info page. The applicant is updated with revised project information.

Select a record and open the Applicant Info page. If the applicant has one or more projects associated with it, the Project Information section at the bottom of this page will include several fields, including the Select a Project dropdown menu.

If these fields do not appear, close this help topic expanding section and select the Entering New Project Information help topic expanding section.

Select a project using the Select a Project dropdown menu, located in the Project Information section.
Click the view /edit link located beneath or next to the section you wish to edit. The corresponding section opens in a popup window.
Type new information or retype the information you want to change in the appropriate fields. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk, and must contain user-entered information.
Click save & close. The program information is updated. The popup window closes.
Repeat steps 3-5 (above) as required to complete the desired project information sections.
Click Save at the bottom of the Applicant Info page. The applicant is updated with revised project model information.
