Turning Off Your Browser's popup Blocker

If your web browser's popup blocker is turned on, it will prevent you from being able to view some reports in eGrants.

Note: If you turn off the popup blocker, you may want (or be required by your office's policies) to turn it on again once you leave the eGrants site. Or, instead of completely turning off the popup blocker, you may want to keep the popup blocker turned on, but have it permit e-Grants pop-ups.

Open Edge.
Go to Settings and more..., located in the top right of menu bar. A dropdown menu appears.
Click on Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
Select Pop-ups and redirects.
Move the Block (recommended) toggle to Off.

Repeat Steps 1-4, described above.
Click Add button in Allow section to display Add a site popup window.
Enter https://egrants.cns.gov/espan/main/login.jsp in the Site field.
Click Add button to close the popup to add the eGrants address to the allowed sites.

Open Mozilla or Firefox.
Click Tools, located in the menu bar. A dropdown menu appears.
Click Options. The Options window opens.
Click Web Features. The Web Features menu appears.
Click in the Block Popup Windows checkbox so that the checkmark disappears.
Click OK. The browser's popup windows blocker is turned off.
Click Allow. The address is displayed in the Site window.
Click OK. The Allowed Sites window closes.
Click OK. The Web Features menu closes. The browser's popup windows blocker permits popup windows associated with eGrants to open on your screen.

Repeat steps 1-4, described above.
Click Add button in Allow section to display Add a site popup window.
Enter https://egrants2.cns.gov/espan/main/login.jsp in the Site field.
Click Add button to close the popup to add the eGrants address to the allowed sites.
