A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is a number that identifies your entity registration in SAM.gov. This identifier is assigned by SAM.gov and used in other IAE federal award systems (FPDS, FSRS, eSRS, FAPIIS, CPARS). The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requires the Unique Entity ID to be used across federal systems, governmentwide, for federal award purposes.

Unified State Plan. A three-year plan developed by each state commission in partnership with the Corporation State Office, the State Education Agency, and other appropriate organizations in the state. The Unified State Plan should describe the broad vision for promoting national service and volunteering and for building a solid infrastructure of high quality programs and support services in the state.
