Personal Profile Page

You can create, view , or update your personal profile—including your gender, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Ethnicity Type, and Race—on this page. You can also report who referred you to eGrants, and describe any special accommodations you require.

Your use of this page is entirely optional. You are not required to provide any of the information collected on this page.

The Personal Profile page can be accessed only from the Login Information page. When creating a new peer review profile, open that page, enter the required information, and click Next. The Personal Profile page appears.

(Optional) Using the dropdown menu, specify your Gender.
(Optional) Type your Social Security Number (or SSN), by entering three digits in the first field, two in the second field, and four in the third field. You can use the TAB key to advance to the next field in the sequence.
(Optional) Using the dropdown menus, specify the Month, Day, and Year of your Birth.
(Optional) Using the dropdown menu, specify your Ethnicity Type.
(Optional) Using the checkboxes, select each Race Type that applies.
(Optional) Enter the full name of the person or organization who referred you to eGrants.
(Optional) Describe any special accommodations you require to either use eGrants or to work as a peer reviewer in the Special Accommodations field.

Note: The Special Accommodations text box does not accept formatting (such as bold, italics, or bulleting), and has a 250 character limit.

Click next. Your personal profile is saved, and the Contact Information page opens.
