FSR Certification/Submit Page

You can view and affirm on this page that the FSR as you have viewed, edited, or created it, is true and correct. You can also add any comments or explanations you feel would be appropriate here or that are required by the Federal sponsoring agency.

If, upon your review, you approve of the FSR, you can submit the application to CNCS . Once you have clicked Submit, the system checks to see that all requirements have been met. If any requirements have not been met, a report is displayed in a popup describing the problem or problems. You can then correct the issues and try to resubmit the FSR.

Note: Once you have clicked the I Agree button and submitted the FSR, you cannot revoke your agreement.

Note: The I Agree button must be clicked by an appropriate user from your organization before the FSR can successfully be submitted.

Open the Home page.
Click Financial Status Report, located in the Grant Management menu. The FSRS For Existing Grants page opens.
Click the edit an FSR Financial Status Report link located to the right of an FSR record to open it. The FSR General Information page opens.
Add information as required to complete the general information for this FSR.
Click next. The FSR Transaction page opens.
Add information as required to complete the transaction information for this FSR.
Click next. The FSR Certification/Submit page opens.

Note: Your web browser's popup blocker must be turned off in order for you to view the draft FSR accessible from this page.

Reviewing an FSR:

Open the FSR Certification/Submit page.
Read the certifications statement. If you are agree with the statement (and are an appropriate user to authorize this FSR) click in the I Agree radio button. The page refreshes to display your phone number and the date on which you authorized the FSR.
(Optional) Enter any comments or explanations you feel would be appropriate to have reviewed by the CNCS when the FSR is submitted, or that are required by the Federal sponsoring agency.
Click Submit this FSR. The concept paper is submitted to CNCS . If there are any problems that would prevent the FSR from being accepted, an Application Errors List secondary page opens, displaying descriptions of the problems.
Read the application errors list.
Correct any problems with the FSR listed in the applications errors list. All errors must be addressed prior to submission.
Click Close to close the application errors list.
Click Submit this FSR again. The concept paper is resubmitted to CNCS.
A message will appear above the Authorize and Submit header to indicate whether the FSR was accepted by the CNCS.
