Certifying and Submitting an FFR

To certify an FFR:
  1. Open the FFR Certification/Submit page.

  2. Read the certifications statement. If you are authorized by your organization to submit this data and agree with the certifications statement, click in the I Agree radio button. The page refreshes to display your name and phone number.

  3. (Optional) Enter any comments or explanations regarding the data reported on the FFR Transaction page in the Remarks field.

To submit an FFR:
  1. Open the FFR Certification/Submit page.

  2. Certify FFR, if you have not already done so.

  3. Click Submit Financial Report.

If there are any problems that would prevent the FFR from being accepted, a pop-up window will open, describing the problems.

  1. Read the errors list.

  2. Correct any problems with the FFR listed in the errors list. All errors must be addressed before you will be able to successfully submit the FFR.

  3. Click Close to close the errors list.

  4. Click Submit Financial Report again. The FFR is submitted to CNCS.

  1. A new page displays acknowledging that the FFR was successfully submitted to CNCS. The date and time of submission is included in the message. Select Return to Financial Report list, Go to Your eGrants Home page, or exit eGrants and Return to CNCS website.
