Adding the Project Location

Each project can have zero or one service areas. Once an applicant has been assigned a service area, that service area can be changed, but the applicant must continue to have a service area; it cannot go back to having zero.

A project can have zero, one, or more areas of need.

Note:  Your web browser's popup blocker must be turned off in order for you to edit or view the project design.

Note:  Click Save and close after you have completed editing information in a popup window. This will save the information you have entered and close the popup.  If you close the window without clicking Save and close, the information will not be saved.

 
Adding the Project Location:
  1. Open the Applicant Info page of the grant application you wish to update.

  2. Click the Enter Project Location enter/edit link. The Enter/Edit Location Model section opens in a popup window.

  3. Using the radio buttons, select the service area type that best describes the application.

To make a different selection, click in a different radio button.

  1. Using the check boxes, select all identified areas of need.

  2. Click save & close. The project location is updated. The popup window closes.

  3. Click Save at the bottom of the Applicant Info page. A green checkmark next to the Enter Project Location label indicates that the project design information has been updated.
