Updating My Password Q&A

Providing a Password Question and Answer (Q&A) and an up-to-date Email Address permits the system to contact you via email with directions for creating a new login if you forget your password.

To change your password question and answer:

1. Open the My Account page.

2. Click Change My Password Q&A, located in the Update My Login Info... menu. The Change Your Password Q&A page opens.

3. Select one of the Password Questions.

4. Enter in the Password Answer field the answer to the question you selected.

5. Click Next. Your Password Q&A will be changed.
