Updating Account Information

Open the My Account page.

Click view All, located in the Update My Login Info... menu. The My Account page opens.

Type a new password of twelve or more characters in the New Password field to create a secure, yet memorable password. An asterisk will appear in the field for each character you type.

Retype the same new password in the Retype New Password field. A warning will display if your passwords do not match. If so, retype them so that they match.

Click Next. Your password will be changed.

Select one of the Password Questions.

Enter in the Password Answer field the answer to the question you selected.

Click Next. Your Password Q&A will be changed.

Type your email address in the Email field. An email address must include an @.

Retype the same email address in the Retype Email field. A warning will display if your addresses do not match. If so, retype them so that they match.

Click Next. Your email address will be changed.
