Starting a New Concept Paper

Starting a New Concept Paper:

1. Open the Home page.

2. Click Concept Paper, located in the Start a New Application menu.  The Select a NOFA page appears.

3. Using the radio buttons, select a NOFA .

To make a different selection, click on the radio button located in front of the NOFA you wish to select. The NOFA is updated.

4. Click next, located at the top or bottom of the page. The Applicant Info page opens, displaying the NOFA you selected.
