You can enter on this page phone and fax numbers for the organization with which you are affiliated. If after entering this information you need to edit the daytime phone or fax numbers, you may do so by clicking Update Organization's Contact Information, located on the Edit My Organization Info menu on the My Account page.
All phone numbers must consist of ten digits (including area code). An extension number of one to five digits may optionally be entered in the Daytime Phone | ext field.
When entering phone numbers, a Daytime Phone must be entered.
When creating a new profile, open the Organization Information page, enter the required information, and click Next. The Grantee Phone Numbers page appears.
