Financial Report Page

Overview

Financial reports are a requirement of many CNCS grants. The information submitted In these reports is used by CNCS to monitor a grant’s financial progress. Reporting requirements (including reporting periods and frequency of submission) are established in the terms and conditions or provisions document which accompany each grant award. If you have any questions concerning the financial reporting requirements for your grant or the content of the financial report, please contact your assigned Grants Officer (you can find your Grants Officer’s name and telephone number on the Notice of Grant Award).

Note:   Prior to January 2009, grantees submitted financial information to CNCS using the Financial Status Report (FSR or SF-269A). In January 2009, CNCS replaced the FSR with the Federal Financial Report (FFR or SF-425). Grants which were active during this period switched from submitting data via the FSR to using the FFR. As a result, you may see both forms associated with an individual grant.
