FSR Transaction Page

1. Open the Home page.

2. Click Financial Status Report, located in the Grant Management menu. The FSRS For Existing Grants page opens.

3. Click the edit an FSR Financial Status Report link located to the right of an FSR record to open it. The FSR General Information page opens.

4. Add information as required to complete the general information for this FSR.

5.  Click next. The FSR Transaction page opens.

 

1. Open the FSR Transaction page. Transaction information for this project An activity, or set of activities, carried out though a program that receives assistance under the Act, and which results in a specific identifiable service or improvement that otherwise would not be done with existing funds, and that does not duplicate the routine services or functions of the employer to whom participants are assigned. is displayed.

2. (Optional) Enter both Previously Reported and This Period's Supporting and Operating Costs in the Recipient Shares section. (Once you click Save, the Cumulative and Share figures displayed to the right of these fields will show the amount spent so far and the percentage that was directed to the recipient. The Total Outlays section, displayed below the Federal Share section, is also updated.)

3. (Optional) Enter both Previously Reported and This Period's Volunteer / Member Costs in the Recipient Shares section. (Once you click Save, the Cumulative and Share figures displayed to the right of these fields will show the amount spent so far and the percentage that was directed to the recipient. The Total Outlays section, displayed below the Federal Share section, is also updated.)

Note:   Grants that do not include a volunteer component will not offer this option.

4. (Optional) Repeat steps 9 and 10 (above) in the Federal Share section. (Once you click Save, the Cumulative and Share figures displayed to the right of these fields will show the amount spent so far and the percentage that was directed to the recipient. The Total Outlays and Federal Share Balance sections, displayed below the Federal Share section, is also updated.)

5. (Optional) Using the dropdown list in the Indirect Expense section, select a Type of Rate.

6. (Optional) Enter a Rate percentage that corresponds to the Type of Rate.

7. (Optional) Enter a Base amount.

8. (Optional) Enter a Total Amount.

9. (Optional) Enter the Federal Share amount.

10. Click save. The transaction amounts and calculations are recalculated and saved.

11. Open the FSR Certification/Submit page.
