Editing Budget Line Items

Each section in each of the budget section pages may have any number of budget items (or none at all) associated with them. Budget line items can be changed at any time.

 

Editing a Budget Line Item:
  1. Open one of the Budget Section pages.

  2. Click edit located next to the line item you would like to edit. A Budget secondary page opens.

  3. Edit, delete, or add new information.

Note:  Required fields are indicated by asterisks. You cannot save your changes if you delete a required item without replacing it.

Note:  Field labels in red indicate that the field has a tip, which can be viewed by mousing over the label.

Note:  The CNCS Share and Grantee Share must equal the value entered in the Total Amount field.

  1. Click save & close, located at the top or bottom of the page. The Budget secondary page closes, and changes to the budget item are saved.
