Changing My Primary User Role

Authorized users can use the process described below to view or update their own primary role.

 

To edit your user role:
  1. Open the My Account page.

  2. Click Change My Primary User Role, located in the Edit My Organization's Info... menu. The My Account | Primary User Preference page opens.

  3. Using the dropdown menu, select the Primary User Role. The dropdown menu will close and the new user role will be displayed.

  4. Click Next.
