Application is Delinquent Field

Indicating that an application is delinquent to a federal debt of any kind:

1. Select a record and open the Application Info page.

2. Using the radio buttons, indicate whether the applicant is delinquent on any federal debt.

To make a different selection, click the other radio button.

Note:  Once you have indicated whether an applicant is delinquent on any federal debt, you can change your answer, but you cannot update the field so that the question is unanswered.

3. If you answered yes, type an explanation (of up to 240 characters) in the If yes, please explain field.

Note:  The If yes... field is accessible only if the proceeding question was answered Yes. If any information appears in the If yes... field, and the answer of the proceeding question is changed to no, that information will be deleted upon saving.

4. Click Save at the bottom of the Application Info page. The applicant is updated.
