Affiliations Page

On this page, you can create, view, or update information about the organizations with which you are affiliated and, if appropriate, the CNCS program from which that organization has received support. This information allows CNCS staff to pre-determine potential conflicts of interest.

Note: Your web browser's popup blocker must be turned off in order for you to edit or view Affiliation information you need to enter as part of the process for becoming a peer reviewer.

Note: Click Save and close after you have completed editing information in a popup window. This will save the information you have entered and close the popup. If you close the window without clicking Save and close, the information will not be saved.

The Affiliations page can be accessed only from the Skills/Experience page. When creating a new peer review profile, open that page, enter the required information, and click Next. The Affiliations page appears.

Click view /edit to enter information about a specific area of expertise. The Affiliations secondary window opens.
Enter the name of the organization with which you are affiliated.
If the organization you named receives, or has received, support from any section of the CNCS , use the dropdown list to indicate the program area that provided that support.
Click Go. The Select a CNCS program field appears, populated with programs associated with the section you selected in the previous step.

Using the dropdown menu, specify the CNCS program that provided the support to the organization with which you were affiliated.
Click save & close. Your affiliations are updated. The secondary window closes.
Repeat steps 1-6 (above) as required to enter your relevant affiliations.

Click the view/edit link located to the right of the record you wish to view or edit. A secondary window opens that contains details about the subrecord you selected.
Make changes as required.

Click save & close. Your affiliation is updated. The secondary window closes.
Repeat steps 1-3 (above) as required to update your relevant affiliations.
