In the Address Type field:
Select Mail for the address to which correspondence should be delivered during the week.
If you have a P.O. Box as your mail address, you must also provide a second address (and assign it an Address Type of Federal Express address) so that materials sent to you via a courier service can be delivered there (courier services cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses).
Select Saturday to indicate where you want correspondence to be sent on a weekend, if it is different than your Mail address.
The Address Type field is a "required" field. Information must be entered in the field in order for the page to be saved. If you fail to enter valid information in a required field, a popup error message is displayed when you click Next.
Please indicate your preferred address for all of the address-related fields as this address will be used for payment purposes and for receipt of proper tax documents, i.e. 1099 form.
