On this tab, you will enter information about the allocation of Project Hours and Objectives you have selected. Total Project Hours for this Project are auto entered based on the total project hours submitted in eGrants. If this number is incorrect, you will need to save your work and return to the eGrants system to correct the data.
Allocate the “Percentage of Project Hours” by objective. Hours are subtotaled by Issue Area. When you have finished entering the percentage of hours by objective, click “Calculate Project Hours.” The system will then allocate the number of project hours to each Objective. Percentage of Project Hours must “Grand Total” 100 or the system will return an error. If this happens, reallocate the Percent Project Hours to total exactly 100 percent.
