This tab allows you to create sets of Performance Measures for all the Accomplishment Measures/Service Activities you report. The Summary of Performance Measures shows the alignment of Issue Area, Objective, Project Hours, Output (Accomp. Meas.), Service Activity and Status.
Select Service Issue Area: Objective
Begin by selecting a Service Issue Area Objective.
Accomplishment Measures/Outputs
For each Objective, select the appropriate Accomplishment Measure from the prepopulated list, or add a user defined measure. If you add a User Defined Measure, click “Add User Output” after completing text box.
Data Collection
For each Measure, identify the Data Collection Instrument and Supporting Instrument where applicable. If you identified a User Defined Measure, please provide an Instrument Description and Unit of Measure here.
Service Activities
Select the radial button for the pre-populated response specific to the selected accomplishment measure, unless you provided a User Defined Accomplishment Measure. For User Defined Accomplishment Measures, select the second radial button and enter a title and activity for the User Defined Accomplishment Measure.
Enter the number of project hours spent conducting this activity.
Once you have completed the form, click “Add PM to Table.” Repeat this process for each Objective. As you add Performance Measures to the Objectives, they should become visible in the top box titled “Summary of Performance Measures.” To identify multiple Performance Measures for one Objective, simply reselect the Objective from the "Select Objective" drop-down box; then follow the steps to select a different Performance Measure. Once all Performance Measures have been added, click “Next” to move to the Summary Page.
