This page provides a summary of the NCCC project progress. From this screen, you can print the Project Completion Report (PCR), review your project’s progress, enter any necessary clarifying notes specific to the project, and change the project’s data completion status.
The Summary Charts section shows three charts. The first two pie charts break down the actual project hours by issue area and by objective. The third, larger bar chart shows the project hours the team spent on each accomplishment measure.
From the Performance Measure Progress Summary section, you can view the Target versus Actual project hours and accomplishment measures, by objective. Additionally, you can leave any explanatory notes in the “Overall Staff Note“ text box.
The “Staff Review Section“ requests Yes/No responses to a series of NCCC Specific Monitoring Information questions, detailed explanations of which are available in the pop-up help text options next to each question. Please select either ‘Yes’, ‘No’, or ‘Not Applicable’ for each of the questions, and if necessary explain any answers in the corresponding “Comments” boxes. Any overall notes regarding the NCCC Specific Monitoring Information can go into the “Staff Note” box, at the end of the “Staff Review Section”.
An option from the “Overall Status” drop-down box should be selected when data entry for the project is in progress or is completed. If data entry is still in progress, select ‘On Track’, while if additional input from the NCCC team is needed prior to completing data entry, select ‘Needs Work’. To signify data entry completion and close a project, select ‘Completed’, ‘Closed due to Disaster Redeployment’ or ‘Closed due to Other Reasons’. Any ‘closed’ status will require an explanation in the “Staff Note” text box prior to submission.
