On the Resource Allocation tab, you will enter information about your progress engaging resources for each focus area and strategic plan objective. The targets are the numbers that you entered in your grant application.
To enter data in the Resource Allocation Progress chart:
Enter the actual number of resources that you were able to allocate to each objective. This value should reflect the total count for the reporting period covered on your PPR.
Click the “Calculate Progress” button to compare the percent of target between the target and actual values and to refresh the subtotal and grand total amounts as you enter or revise data on the chart.
Enter any comments or explanations in the “Grantee Note” section. For example, if your planned allocations were not closely aligned with your actuals, you should describe the reasons, including any program design changes, for these differences. This is an optional field; however, please consult any supplemental guidance for instances where a note may be required.
You must enter a value for every resource field. You will not be able to submit your progress report to CNCS if you leave a field empty.
Click “Next” to proceed to the Progress Report tab, if applicable. If you are not required to enter this information, you will proceed to the Progress Report tab.
Note: Please consult any guidance that you may have received from CNCS for more information on completing this section. If you do not see a tab labeled “Resource Allocation”, then this section will not apply, and you will be able to submit your PPR to CNCS without entering any this data.
