On the Performance Measures tab, you will report on your progress towards each performance measure that you selected in your grant application.
To enter data for a Performance Measure:
Click on the small arrow next to a Performance Measure title to open the panel. Each measure contains a chart showing the selected output(s) and outcome(s) and any resources allocated to the measure. Move your cursor over the output or outcome to see a description of the measure. The targets are the numbers that you entered in your grant application.
Enter the actual numbers for each output and outcome. The numbers that you report should reflect your accomplishments during the reporting period covered on your PPR. You must enter whole numbers, not percentages.

Click the “Calculate Progress” button at the bottom of the page to compare the percent of target between target and actual values.
Enter any comments or explanations in the “Grantee Note” section. For example, you should note if you have activities that are still ongoing even if you have met your performance measure targets. This is an optional field; however, please consult any supplemental guidance for other instances where a note may be required.
Check the “Done with Section” box once you have entered all data for the measure. This alerts eGrants to display a green checkmark on the accordion panel when it is collapsed, signaling that you are done entering data in this panel.
Repeat these steps for each Performance Measure listed on the screen.
Click “Save” to save your entries and refresh calculations and icons.
The progress report cannot be submitted unless all required data has been entered.
