Welcome to the CNCS Program Progress Report (PPR) Module. In this module, you will report on your project’s progress to CNCS.
On the General Information tab, you will see some basic information about your grant and the selected progress report. Please review this information, especially the reporting period start and end dates, to ensure that you have selected the correct report.
If you have not selected the correct report, click the “Cancel” button to return to the Progress Report list and select the correct report.
If you have confirmed that this is the correct report, click the “Begin” button to start entering your PPR.
You may complete the tabs in any order. To navigate to other sections of the module, use the tab feature at the top of each page or the “Next” button at the button at the page.
Once you start entering your progress report, you may exit the module at any time. Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen to save your data before exiting the PPR. When you return the PPR, click the “Continue Working” button to return to the tab that you were on when you last closed the module.
A summary table at the bottom of this tab allows you to see all past reports associated with your grant and to view or print a PDF version of these reports.
Note: Open amendments interfere with the accuracy of the progress report. If there is an open amendment on your grant and you click the “Begin” button, you will see a warning message that includes the Application ID number of the amendment. If you receive this warning message, you should contact your CNCS Program Officer immediately. He or she will advise you on the status of your amendment and discuss the steps necessary to resolve the amendment before you start entering your PPR.
